ramen mushroom soup

Ingredients
3 TBSP butter1 garlic clove, minced1/2 cup onion chopped2 cups raw mushrooms sliced1 cup water1 cup 1% milk1 package ramen noodles chicken flavor seasoning packet removed1 TBSP Fresh parsley chopped
Directions
melt butter, saute garlic, onion & mushrooms until soft but not brown
add water, thyme and seasoning packet
stir in milk
cook over low heat until warm
break noodles and add
simmer for 5 minutes
stir in parsley
