my grandma's coleslaw - redux

Ingredients
1 bag of coleslaw mix2 carrots4-6 radishes (optional)1 pepper (optional)2/3 cup splenda1/3 cup sugar1 cup vinegar1/4 water1 tsp mustard seed or 1/2 tsp dry mustard1 tsp celery seed
Directions
put sugars, vinegar, water, mustard and celery seed into a pot. Bring to a boil. Simmer for 2 mins remove and cool.
Meanwhile, if desired, chop the coleslaw mix into smaller pieces, grate carrots and radishes. chop pepper. sprinkle with salt. pour dressing mix over and chill.
