Mango Salsa

Ingredients
2 mangos 4 tomatoes 2 green peppers 1 onion6 jalapenos (or 12 greek peppercinnis if you don't want it hot)1 clove garlic minced2 limes juiced2 tablespoons warm honey
Directions
Zap the honey in the microwave until it is warm. Dice all of the veggies and fruit and mix with lime juice and honey. Refrigerate over night.

Optional: add salt and pepper to taste.
Optional: add red pepper or pepper seeds for more heat.
Optional: add fresh cilantro.
