Healthy Breakfast Sandwich

Ingredients
One Whole Wheat English MuffinSlice of Mozzarella, part skim milkSlice of Mild Cheddar, low fatSlice of lean ham lunch meatEgg white (optional)
Directions
Split a whole wheat english muffin in half.

Put a piece of the mozzarella on side, the mild cheddar on the other.

Fold the ham to fit the size of the muffin.

Microwave for approximately 40 seconds, so the cheese is nice and melted.

For and even more authentic McMuffin experience, add an egg. I use just the egg white, and cook it in the microwave in a cup so it cooks in that round shape like the ones at McDonald's.
