Ingredients
3 8 oz packages low-fat cream cheese2 8 oz packagines fat-free cream cheese3 large eggs1 cup light sour cream3 Tblsp. White Flour1 Cup SplendaCream together cream cheese, sugar and flour until well blended. Add eggs one at a time mixing well after each addition. Add in sour cream and mix well
Directions
Use cupcake liners and fill 24 cupcakes, will be full. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. They will puff up and then "fall" as they cool. Refrigerate overnight before serving. Can top with fresh fruit, sugar-free chocolate sauce or sugar-free jam to serve.
