Ingredients
Chickpeas, one can rinsed2 servings of brown rice, cooked2 tbsp olive oil2 tbsp balsamic vinegar1 tsp maple syrupchopped parsleyone red bell pepper choppedone chopped cucumber with skinsalt, pepper, herbs to taste
Directions
Chop veggies
Cook rice
Add all ingredients in bowl and stir
Add herbs, salt and pepper to taste
