Salmon Asparagus Chowder

Ingredients
8 Cups water8 oz chicken broth3 Salmon filets (about 12 oz)3 cups asparagus16oz 2% milkfat Cottage Cheesedried dill to tastesalt and pepper to taste2 cups grated (not powdered) Parmesan cheese
Directions
1) heat water and chicken broth in large pot
2) remove salmon from skin, cut in chunks and add to liquids
3) steam asparagus, cut stalks in 1inch pieces and add to liquids
4) add seasonings to taste
5) when salmon is pale pink, add cottage cheese
6) stir, then let cool
7) pour into blender
8) return to pot and simmer
9) ladle into bowls, add 1/4 cup grated parmesan to each
