Sour Cream Raisin Bran Muffins

Ingredients
1 1/2 cup Butter, softened1 cup Sour Cream1 Egg slighty beaten1 tsp. Salt1 1/2 cup Raisins1 tsp. Baking Soda1/4 cup Brown Sugar1 cup Wheat Bran, crude1 cup Whole Wheat Flour1/4 cup Molassas
Directions
Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat together egg, sour cream and molassas. Whisk together dry ingredients and add to wet ingredients until combined. Stir in raisins. Batter will be lumpy.
