Iceberg Lettuce (salad), 1 cup, shredded or chopped (remove)*Bib Lettuce, 1 cup, shredded or chopped (remove)Carrots, raw, .25 cup, grated (remove)Green Beans (snap), .5 cup (remove)Cucumber (with peel), 0.25 cup slices (remove)Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, .25 cup (remove)Chicken Breast, no skin, 1 breast, bone and skin removed (remove)marinade (subsituate as needed)*Kikkoman Teriyaki Sauce & Marinade, 4 tbsp (remove)dressingGranulated Sugar, 6 tsp (remove)*Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil, 4 tbsp (remove)*white vinager, 2 tbsp (remove)Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp (remove)
Directions
cook the chicken in the teriaki marinade. I usually bake the chicken until done.
