Beef and Potato Stew

Ingredients
*Potato, raw, 8 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) (remove) *Beef - Stew Meat - Cubed - 32 oz raw Swanson 99% Fat Free Chicken Broth, 4 cup (remove) Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
Directions
braise beef in pan, used small spray of pam.

peel and dice potatoes

add all ingredients to crock pot

set to high and cook 8-10 hours.

Served with 1/2 Walmart Bollilo roll for an extra 90 calories.
