Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

Ingredients
1 cup raw pumpkin seeds1/2 tsp reg salt1/2 tsp sugar
Directions
Scrape seeds out of a pumpkin and put in a saucepan. Cover with water and boil for 5 minutes. Drain. Place in single layer on cookie sheet, add salt and cinnamon or whatever spices you like. Bake at 250 for 30 minutes, stir seeds on cookie sheet and bake another hour. Let cool and store in an airtight container.

    loved this, my kids always decorate 3 to 5 pumpkins each Halloween. So we have alot of seeds. And this was a great way to enjoy them. I don't put any sugar or oils so i guess the fat intake would be lower. - 10/22/12
