Chicken & Cornbread Stuffing Casserole

1 can Condensed 98% fat free cream of chicken soup3/4 cup Skim milk1 package (10oz) Frozen mixed vegetables1/2 cup Onion, diced2 garlic cloves, diced1/2 tsp ground sage2 cups Cooked chicken breast, diced1 1/2 cups corn bread stuffing mix1/8 tsp pepper1 tbsp olive oil
Heat oil in 3-quart saucepan and saute onion and garlic over high heat. Add soup and milk and heat to boiling, stirring frequently. Stir in mixed vegetables and sage. Heat to boiling, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Stir in chicken and stuffing mix. Spoon into 3-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with pepper. Bake uncovered about 15-20 minutes or until hot in the center.
