Banana Bread Muffin

Ingredients
Mix the following up:Brown Sugar, 1 cup, unpacked Olive oil, 1 tbsp Banana, fresh, 1 cup, mashedEgg, fresh, 1 medium Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp *Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup Baking Soda, 0.75 tsp Baking Powder, 0.5 tsp Salt, 1 dash Walnuts, 0.5 cup pieces or chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Pour a quarter cup of batter into each muffin cup

Bake for about 20 minutes - check with a tooth pick and put it right back for another 10 - only if needed.

Serving Size: 12 servings - 1 muffin each
