Ruth's Tacos (Dukan Style)

Ingredients
3 oz of Extra Lean Ground beef, (cooked and drained)some taco spice mix (low salt is best)Fat Free sour cream (3-4 tablspn)OnionsSweet PepperSalsa (3-4 tablspn) No sugar addedLettuce 2 or 3 large leaves washed and driedFat Free cheese 1oz serving
Directions
Brown and drain Ground Beef
add in taco mix and water as directed
Lay out on plate lettuce leaves
Divide meat between the lettuce leaves and top with American or Cheddar cheese (dividing evenly between tacos)
Top with veggies and salsa and sour cream
Roll up like regular tacos or eat with a fork and enjoy!
