Turkey Steak in Apple Cranberry Marsala Sauce

1 lb turkey slices or stripssalt and pepper2 tablespoons butter1 tablespoon olive oil1/3 cup dry marsala wine2 tablespoons apple jelly2 granny smith apples, peeled and cut into 1/4 inch slices1/2 cup dried sweetened cranberries (Craisins)

Season turkey with salt and pepper. Set aside.

Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add turkey and cook about 7 minutes or until turkey is golden brown and no longer pink inside.

Remove turkey to platter and keep warm.

Stir wine, jelly and apples into skillet.

Bring to a boil and scrape up the brown bits from the pan.

Add sweetened dried cranberries.

Cook 1 or 2 minutes until slightly thickened.

Spoon over chicken.
