Ham String Beans and Potatoes 1 cup servings

2 meaty ham bones8 cups water2 cans green beans1 can yellow wax beans5 med potatoes peeled and diced(the beef broth was only for calories not to be used, this site does not have ham broth!!!)
Cook ham bones in water approx. 2 hours (or ham broth to yeild 8 cups.)
Remove bones and cool.
Add to the broth the diced potatoes, and canned beans; bring alomost to a boil; simmer for at leat 1 hour.
Clean and chop ham from bones add to soup. Cook at least 20 mins longer.
