1 jar Ragu Light Tomato and Basil sauce1 pound ground round1 head of garlic1/2 large sweet onion, chopped16 oz light ricotta cheese2 c part-skim mozzarella cheese, shreddeddried oregano to taste9 lasagna noodles, cooked
Boil water for the noodles.
While that is going on chop your garlic and onions. Sautee them in a pan with a little oil until they are soft, about 5 minutes. Add the ground round and cook until brown. Add the oregano and 3/4 of the pasta sauce, reserving the other 1/4 for later.
When the noodles are ready, layer the ingredients in a 9 X 13 pan in this order: 3 noodles, ground beef mix, ricotta cheese and repeat until all ingredients are used. To the top layer add the remaining sauce and cover with the mozzarella cheese.
Cover with foil and cook at 350 for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and let rest for 15 minutes. Serve and enjoy.
