Chile Lime Chicken Soup

Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 12 ounces Garlic, 3 cloves*Extra Virgin Olive Oil, .33 tbspChili powder, 1 tbsp *Cumin seed, .5 tsp (.25 tsp ground)*Crushed Red Pepper, 1 tbsp (more or less to taste)*Better Than Bouillion, Chicken, 1.25 tbsp 28 oz Water*Green Onion (1 Green Onion), .5 cup sliced*Average Roma Tomato, 4 serving Lime Juice, .2 cup Cilantro, raw, 2 tbsp
Directions
Cook chicken and garlic in olive oil until chicken is no longer pink.

Stir in chili powder, cumin, and crushed red pepper. Stir to coat chicken, cook for another minute.

Stir in bouillion, water and green onions

Bring to boil, reduce heat simmer for 15 minutes or until chicken is cood through. Remove from heat.

Stir in tomato, lime juice and cilantro.
