150 Calorie Cheesy Quesadilla

1 Ole Foods High Fiber, Low Carb Tortilla Wrap (one tortilla)1/4 cup Kraft Fat Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese1 Tbsp Breakstone Zesty Blends Jalapeno Sour Cream (or use regular sour cream and add about 1tsp of chopped jalapenos, to taste.)
Heat a non-stock skillet over medium heat and place the tortilla in the bottom. Heat until warmed through, then flip the tortilla over in the pan.
Sprinkle the shredded fat free cheddar over the tortilla and continue warming until most of the cheese has melted.
Slide the tortilla onto a plate, and quickly fold in half. Cut into four wedges (a pizza cutter is great for this), and serve with 1 Tbsp of jalapeno sour cream.
Serving Size: Makes one quesadilla (four wedges). Serves one.
