Baked Oatmeal Raisin Bars

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups quick cooking oats1/2 cup Splenda1 teaspoon cinnamon1/2 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon baking powder1 egg white, lightly beaten1/4 cup raisins1/2 cup skim milk1 (4 oz.) cup unsweetened applesauce
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Pour into a greased 8 in. square pan (for bars), or a 9 in. round pan (for slices) and bake at 350 degrees for 20-22 minutes. Bars will be moist and cake-like.
