1 c flour1 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder1 tsp powdered stevia extract1 cup unsweetened applesauce1/3 cup vanilla yogurt1 1/2 tsp vanilla4 eggs2 tbsp olive oil1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease a 9x13 pan with grease of your choice. Set aside.
2. Sift together flour, baking powder, salt, cocoa powder, and stevia in small bowl. Set aside.
3. In large mixing bowl combine applesauce, yogurt, vanilla, eggs and olive oil.
4. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Stir until thoroughly mixed. Stir in chocolate chips.
5. Pour mixture into greased 9x13 pan. Bake for 30-35 min.
6. **Option** Use sweeter chocolate chips if semi-sweet doesn't suit your sweet tooth.
