Spinach and Rice Casserole

Ingredients
Spinach 2 bunches, cooked4 Cups rice, cooked4 eggssalt and peppermilk, 1Conion, half a medium chopped
Directions
Cook the rice. Cook the spinach. Mix the eggs, milk, seasonings, onion into the cooked rice. Add the spinach. Grease a casserole dish. Put mixture into dish and top with Parmesan cheese. Bake, 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes.
Can add 1lb of cheese inside and top with 4 Tbsp butter for crispy top, but is not included in this version.
