Mu Shu pork with wonton in a slow cooker!

Coleslaw mix- 16 ouncesMushrooms, fresh, 1 pound, minced Pork Shoulder, 1 pound Hoisin Sauce, 1/2 cupGarlic powder, 1 tsp Ginger, ground, .5 tsp Sesame Oil, 2 tbspSoy Sauce, 2 tbsp Cornstarch, 14.8 grams Mu Shu wrappers (Menlo), 20 wrappers
1)Slice the pork shoulder into VERY thin strips (the thinner the better). Mix with hoisin sauce, garlic powder, ground ginger, sesame oil, and soy sauce, and let marinate for 15 minutes.
2) While the pork is marinating, put the coleslaw and mushrooms in the slow cooker.
3) When the pork is done marinating, add it to the coleslaw mix, and stir to combine.
4) Cook on high for 4 -5 hours, or low for 8-9 hours.
5) Fill wrappers with mu shu mix, and enjoy!
Serving Size: makes 6 servings (3 wrappers) +a little extra
