Bread: Strawberry Cinnamon French Toast

1 Egg1/4 Non fat Milk1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract4 (1 inch thick) diagonally cut pieces of Italian Bread1 Tbs Butter or 2 Tsp reduced fat Margarine1 Cup sliced fresh Strawberries2 packets sugar substitute
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees
2. Spray baking sheet with nonstick spray or line with Parchment paper
3. Beat egg, milk and vanilla in shallow dish until blended
4 Dip bread slices in egg mixture until completely coated and all egg mixture is absorbed.
5. Place on baking seet
6. Bake 15 minutes or until golden brown turning once half way through
7. Combine butter, sugar substitute, and cinnamon in small bowl and stir until well blended
8. Spreaddry mixture evenly over baked french toast, top with strawberries
