Beets Rummy

Ingredients
1 can sliced beets, drain and save liquid1 tablespoon cornstarch¼ teaspoon salt½ cup apple cider vinegar1 ounce rum¼ cup sugar
Directions
Bring saved beet liquid to a boil.
Add cornstarch, salt, vinegar, and sugar.
Simmer until thickened and bubbles.
Add sliced beets and rum to sauce.
Heat five minutes.
