Mix together:1 lb lean ground hamburger.75 cooked brown rice.75 cup plain greek yogurt, non fat1 TB Milled flax seed.5 cup chopped onion.25 cup chopped celery.25 cup chopped green pepper ( or any other color)2 egg whitesIn a seperate bowl, mix together:8 TB ketsup2 tsp yellow mustard1/8 cup brown sugarMix in approx half ketsup mixture into meat and spread the rest on the top. Bake for 60 or until done at 375.
