Elaine's Chili Con Carne for Taco Salad

Ingredients
2 lb. lean ground beef1 large onion, chopped1 16 oz can tomato sauce2 15 oz cans chili beans (red beans in chili sauce)1 28 oz can mild enchilada sauce (can decrease to 1/2 can if desired)1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Directions
Brown ground beef & onion. Drain off any fat and add rest of ingredients. Simmer for 1 to 1-1/2 hours or put in crockpot on low for 4-5 hours. Serve over corn chips & lettuce and then garnish with shredded cheese, sour cream, salsa, etc.
