3/4 cup vegetable oil1/4 cup lemon juice2 garlic cloves, minced1 tsp salt & pepperone head of romaine lettuce, torn2 cups tomatos, chopped1 cup swiss cheese1/2 cup slivered almonds1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated4 stripes turkey bacon, crumbled1 cup croutons
In a jar with a tight lid, combine oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt and pepper. Cover and shake well. Chill. Toss together remaining ingredients, except croutons. Just before serving, shake dressing and pour over salad. Toss. Add croutons and serve immediately.
