1 packet of Weight Watchers Smoothie Mix or (2) tbsp Vanilla Protein Powder1 cup Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla Milk1 tbsp ground flax seed1 cup frozen berries (any berries)
Directions
put all ingredients into a blender and blend...for approximately 1-2 minutes.
