20 oz (approx 1.4 lbs) ground turkey2 oz (4 tbsp) apple juice1 tsp thyme1/2 tsp sage1 tsp black pepper1 tsp red pepper flakes
1. thoroughly mix all ingredients together
2. separate into 6 portions and roll into balls
3. press each ball into a patty using wax paper
4. Cook patties on non-stick pan over Med-High heat until cooked through.
