Linda's Reduced Fat Shrimp Bisque

Ingredients
*Campbell's Cream of Shrimp Soup, (whole can) *Campbell's tomato bisque (whole can ), 2.5 serving *Cheese - Chevrai Goat Cheese - 2 oz, *B12 Nutritional Yeast (1 tbls), *Harvey’s Bristol cream sherry, 2 oz) *Shrimp - Boiled - 12 oz (equal 1 lb of raw shrimp) *One percent milk, 2 cups Water, 1 cup Mashed Potatoes, 0.33 cup (prepared) Land O Lakes, Unsalted Whipped Butter, 1 Tbsp, Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tsp (or to taste)) Paprika, 1 tbsp Fresh thyme (3 or 4 sprigs)
Directions
prepare soup, add spices, milk, potatoes, blend with hand blender for smoothness. Add shrimp (setting aside a few for garnish) and sherry, blend again for smoothness. Heat but do not boil -- serve garnished with shrimp, thyme and a dollop of Greek 2% or non fat yogurt.
