Banana Bread Pudding

Ingredients
4 Bananas1 Cup oatmeal2.5 C unsweetend Almond Milk1 eggcinnamon.25 C applesauce4 slices whole wheat bread1/3 C brown sugarVanilla extract
Directions
Combine oatmeal, pieces of bread, milk and cinnamon in a large bowl. Let stand for 30 minutes. Add applesauce, scrambled egg, brown sugar, vanilla, and chopped bananas. pour into greased 8x8 pan and place in oven preheated to 350 for 45-50 minutes. Cool and enjoy.
