Low Carb Apple Cinnamon muffins

Ingredients
2 cups EvieMars Low carb bake mix1 Tbs baking Powder2 Tsp ground cinnamon1/4 cup LoGI Cane Sugar1/4 cup Smart Sugar2 apples peeled, cored and chopped75g melted butter75g low fat vanilla yoghurt3/4 cup low fat milkTopping2 Tbs Hazelnut Meal1Tbs ground cinnamon1Tbs LoGI Cane Sugar1Tbs Smart Sugar
Directions
Preheat oven to 180c
Mix dry ingrediants
Melt butter and when cool enough mix with eggs, yoghurt and milk
Mix all together well and add apple
Portion into muffin tray and add topping to each
bake for 20 mins (test by pressing, if they need longer test every 5 mins)
