Jess's Crockpot Chicken Soup

Ingredients
4 Cups Chicken Broth4 Cups Water5 Frozen Chicken breast tenderloins w/o skin1 Trader Joes Mirepoix Mix (1.5 cup carrots diced, 1.5 cup onion diced, 1.5 cup celery diced)1 tsp each thyme, bay leaf, rosemarySalt to tastePepper to taste
Directions
Throw it all in crockpot. Once chicken is cooked about 2 hours cut and return to pot. Taste and add additional seasons. Serving =1 cup makes 8

I cook without measuring, so please feel add season and water down to your tastes.

    Try adding turnips and grated tomatoes. It improves the taste drastically. Garnish with chopped Coriander leaves. - 12/18/07
