Pot roast (cut of your choice, up to 5 lbs)1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup (Healthy Request or low fat works well)1 pckg dry onion soup mix
Simply add the roast to your crockpot and top with canned soup, spread it out a bit over the top of the roast. sprinkle the dry soup mix on top. Cover and cook on low setting approx 8 hours depending on size of roast.
For this recipe I used a 2.13lb chuck roast, makes 11 3oz servings.
Leftovers make a great addition to noodle soup! yum!!
