Easy Turkey Casserole

Ingredients
1 can fit and active cream of chicken soup1/2 cup skim milk3 cups cooked dark meat turkey, skin and fat removed1 can low sodium mixed veggies, drained1 cup chopped fresh mushrooms1 1/2 cup cornflakes, crushed 2 tbsp margarine melted1/2 tsp black pepper1/4 tsp thyme
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a 2 qt casserole baking dish. Combine soup, milk and pepper. Stir in turkey, vegetables, and mushrooms. Pour into prepared dish. combine cereal, melted margarine, and thyme. Sprinkle over top of turkey mixture. Bake 35-40 minutes or until bubbly and and brown.
