Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
183g Unsalted butter, room temp150g Brown sugar150g White sugar2 Eggs, room temp300g Flour5g Baking powder3g Salt
Directions
In electric mixer, whip butter with sugars. Add eggs and mix well. In separate bowl whisk flour, powder and salt. Add dry to wet, mix until combined. Add chocolate chips last.

Using a small ice cream scoop, scoop out onto baking sheet with parchment paper. Flatten each cookie slightly. Bake at 350F for 12 minutes.
