Peanut Brittle - No Stick

  • Number of Servings: 10
Ingredients
1 cup Sugar.5 cup Lite Corn Syrup1 cup Peanuts1 tsp. Imperial Margarine1 tsp. Vanilla1 tsp. Baking Soda
Directions
Butter a 8 to 9 inch non-stick round cake pan.

Cook in a Microwave (1000 watt ) Bowl ( not glass )
Add sugar and cornsyrup for 1:30 remove and stir, return for 1:30.

Add Peanuts for 2 min. Stir in Vanilla & Butter
for 1:30. Remove

Add Baking Soda stir quickly only to mix and pour into Buttered Cake pan. Let cool.

I used a hammer to break apart.

Awesome recipe doesn't stick to your teeth.

All microwaves are different power wise and the time of day you use one is a factor in making this recipe.

I always make it around 9:00 pm.

This is a candy so just have a small piece usually
it is around 10 servings.
