Box minus 3/4 cup Gluten-Free Pantry Favorite Sandwich Bread Mix 3/4 cup of any combination of both Bob's Red Mill Teff Flour & Flax Seed Meal (ground flax) 2 large Egg, fresh, 4 tbsp Canola Oil 1 3/4 cup warm Water, tap 1/4 env, or scant teaspoon Gelatin, Unflavored (Knox) dissolved in the water
Directions
Follow instructions on the box, except let rise for at least an hour... two wouldn't hurt

Serving Size: makes about a loaf and a half or one big loaf. I estimated 20 slices per loaf
