Directions
dice everything start by turning crock pot on high
through in onions, carrots and celery with dressing till celery is see through.
add all the other ingredients and a cup or two of water or tomato juiceto cover spice well with salt pepper and any other spices to taste.

leave till all veggies are soft the longer it cooks the better it tastes.
