4 c or 2 pounds cooked boneless, skinless chicken breasts1 1/2 cans Cream of Chicken soup (10 3/4 oz can)12 oz fat free sour cream2 cups whole wheat crackers, crushed6 Tbl Blue Bonnett lite butter
Cook chicken, cube and combine in a bowl with cream of chicken soup & sour cream. Spoon into a 11 X 7X 1 1/2 inch baking dish, lightly coated with non-stick spray.
Combine crackers and butter, and sprinkle over chicken mixture. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
