Grilled Shrimp Gyros w/ Herbed Yogurt Spread

Ingredients
1.5 lbs shrimp2 tbls greek seasoning2 tbls olive oilskewers, to skewer the shrimp with!4 (8") pita rounds1/2 cup feta cheese1 tomato1 cucumber (but I didn't have it so I put on romaine lettuce and bell pepper)for the herbed yogurt spread:1/2 cup low fat yogurt1 minced garlic clove3/4 tsp dried oregano1 tsp chopped mint2 tsps lemon juice1/4 tsp pepper
Directions
put the shrimp in a bag with the olive oil and greek seasoning and let marinate for 30 minutes. then grill it.

chop up your veggies and assemble!

for the herbed yogurt spread, mix all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk till creamy!
