lentils rice and tomato (low sodium and good carbs)

Ingredients
White Rice, long grain, 1 cup Watersalt Lentils, 2 cup Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped Mrs. Dash (R) Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend, 2 tsp Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average, 2 Italian tomato Basil, 1 tbsp Oregano, ground, 2 tsp Water, tap, 8 cup (8 fl oz)
Directions
Steam the rice.

Chop and brown the onions add water, and everything else
bring to a boil
turn down to simmer

simmer till lentils are soft serve over steamed rice.
