Tomato Uthappam(instant)-in 10 minutes

Ingredients
Tomato juice(grind about 3 tomatoes in the mixer without adding water)-2 to 2.5 cupsRava(Sooji)-3/4 cupBesan flour-3/4 cupSaltChilli powder-1/4 tspHing-a pinchJeera-1/2 tspCoriander leaves-1 tsp choppedOnion(finely chopped)-1/4 cup
Directions
Mix all the ingredients. If the batter is very thick, add little water. It should be like dosa/uthappam batter.
Make small uthappams the usual way.

I had them with a dollop of coriander hummus(chutney)
