also add salt & pepper to taste; 1/2 tsp each of mustard powder and bay season; plus 1 Tbsp each of mayo and worchestershire sauce. Saute in 4 Tbsp. olive oil
Place meat in a bowl and sprinkle with crumbs; set aside. Whick remaining ingreadients (except for oilive oil) until frothy. Pour mixture over meat and toss gently. Form into 4 loose piles and saute approx 4 minutes per side (or until golden brown) in olive oil on medium heat.
