Vegetarian Quiche

1 10" pie crust1 T. Baco bits1 cup shredded cheese4 eggs1 can (12.5 0z.) fat-free evaporated milk1/2 t. dry mustard1 cup chopped broccoli
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Steam broccoli to crisp tender.
In mixing bowl beat eggs with mustard,
add evaporated milk, beat again.
Put pie shell in a normal pie dish, sprinkle baco bits and cheese over the bottom of the pie dish, then the broccoli, pour eggmixture over everything.
Bake at 425 for 15 minutes, then at 325 for 30 minutes.
Eat hot, enjoy
