Ingredients
1/2 c Libby's Pumpkin Puree (not pie mix)2 scoops GNC Total Lean Vanilla Powder **1/2 c Fat Free Cottage Cheese4oz Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla MilkAgave Syrup to tastePumpkin Pie Spice to tasteCinnamon to taste** I didn't have anything else, it would also be fine with any powder of your choice. Maybe something lower in carbs/sugar.
Directions
I like to layer mine, Almond Milk, Pumpkin Puree, Protein Powder, Cottage Cheese and Spices. Blend til smooth. But you can do whatever order you would like. You could add a little ice if you want it colder.

Serving Size: Makes about 1 16oz glass (+/- it fills my reusable cup pretty well)
