Tofu with Orange Peel Sauce

Sesame Oil, 3 tbsp (remove) Tofu, extra firm, 1 block (remove) Garlic, 6 tsp (remove) Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped (remove) Tomato Sauce, 2 cup (remove) Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz) (remove) Granulated Sugar, .5 cup (remove) Chili Garlic Sauce, 6 tsp (remove) *Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp (remove) *Snap peas, 2.5 cup (remove) Corn Starch, .25 cup (remove) Orange Peel, 3 tbsp (remove)
Drain the tofu. Put corn starch in bag and add cubed tofu. shake and at to frying pan that has the sesame oil in it. Fry till golden.
remove from pan and set aside. Saute onion and garlic, then add rest of ingred. and add the fried tofu. Cook till bubbly.
Serve over rice.
