Ingredients
32 oz Imagine Organic Vegetable Broth, Low Sodium1/4 cup onion1 carrot, sliced6 fresh mushrooms, sliced3 cups, chopped baby bok choy1 clove garlic1 tbs. soy saucesalt & pepper to taste
Directions
Place broth in pan
Add vegetables & seasonings
Cook over medium till vegetables are tender
