Pasta al tonno (Spaghetti with tuna sauce)

Ingredients
8 oz pasta, uncookedsalt to taste (not listed)2 Tbsp olive oil (save some from the anchovy can)1 c finely chopped onion1 can anchovies, drained & chopped3 large cloves of garlic1/3 c parsley, chopped1 can water-packed tuna, drained1 can diced tomatoes, undrained1 lemon, zestedpepper to taste
Directions
Boil water, salt if desired, cook pasta until done to taste.
Heat oil in pan, add onion, saute until translucent (5-6 min). Add anchovies, garlic & parsley, saute another minute. Add tuna, tomatoes & zest of one lemon. Simmer for 5 minutes. Season with pepper to taste.
